to me it looks like wdc won and has the thumbs up! not dgc..
It was not WDC vs DGC it was 2 seperate votes, both had equal opportunity. If both had had more yes than no votes, both would have been added. And thats not share holders, it shares, so, in theory, if someone owned 20% of the shares, would they control 20% of the vote?
ahhh, now that makes more sense
. I'm sure there are a select few with the majority of shares.
