The masternode collateral is too high dev, with your block time and rewards setting it at 10000 coins will kill off many interest, just look at how lux is fairing now... hope to be proven wrong though, good luck
I agree with you about the amount of onex needed for masternode the coin price might be worth more the 50 cent per 1 onex (My personal speculations) it will not make the masternode accessible to the people with low income.
