At first i dont think its possible without breaking coin . Thouse coins who have been makeing airdrops most of them have writed that on code when they designed coin. So its possible to make givaways so there needs to be writed script what sends coins on different addresses from somobody address. SO if community decides to make give aways it should make donation pool for it. Couse Dev dont need to pay alone from his own pocket couse he didnt get thouse coins free he bought them and staked.
