Many of those pools and wallet domains are registered for BTG devs. Premine, no solo, testnet. I would say this is "little bit" of suspicious.

I was scraping that to track progress, then it got stuck on 496,922 for 15 minutes and now the site's down
So nobody can track the premine anymore. Such coincidence
