They use EMS and DHL. If you have any problem on delivery, they help you to get your miner.

Baikal miners have good quality. Only one board of a Baikal A2000 miner failed after one week. Only red light is on.
I have checked everything but I couldnt fix it. I hope they will give me any discount when i will make a new order.

They send the miners on time. No delivery. Everybody scream the Baikal send the miner late. But it s not true.
The first batch of Baikal X10 is the only one. Yes, they havent sent them yet.
But please think about the new 2 algorithms. There is no any other ASIC with myriad-groestl and skein.
Well, there will not be any problem. We are looking forward to getting our miners.

The customer support is poor but Bitmain support is poor too.
They are so busy with the new devices.
We have to be patience.
