I bought 150 HBC tonight, when there where a lot of HBC left, but as I didn't received the confirmation I tried again to enter and complete the buying.
Then it showed me this message (I have the screenshots)
"You exceed the maximum amount of HBCs to buy from this ICO. It is limited to 150 HBCs per user."
That was due I've already bought, so couldn't by more.
and consecuently it didn't left me bought.
I tried until the end constantly receiving the same message.
I've not received answer by mail nor by telegram.
Please regularice my HBC wallet with my buying.

This happened to me yesterday when HBC was 1.50. I was trying to buy $200. I contacted support, they never responded.
I managed to grab 131HBC today at inflated prices. What HBC should do, is to credit me my 200 at the correct prices and refund the excess BTC, or provide me with more HBC to equalize.
I have screenshots and evidence to support this. Showed it to the HBC guy. He doesn't care
They won't. They're money hungry
I thought I bought 150 HBC today on the ICO. Got the "you exceed the maximum" message as well, multiple times. I logged on my account 4 hrs after the ICO ended, and I still don't have the 150 HBC coins in my account. I had high hopes for this ICO. I have been trying since the first second of the first round of the ICO with no luck. Maybe I should turn on my VPN to Japan..might have some luck there..lol
We are sorry to hear that, but nearly nobody was able to get our coin in the first approach. Today i withdrew my BTC from this site , well, i thought that i did) This transiction is shown in my account but i did't get the money thou. Instead i got a very interesting email notification from HOMEBLOCKCOIN team that my Withdrawal was successful and the amount is ........ Drum Knocks ..... - 0.000000. I am successful owner of six 0-s of BTC)) where is my money guys? Will i ever receive it?
Type in your wallet address at blockchain.info and you can monitor the withdrawals that way. I bet the email you received is a continuation of all the troubles folks have been having. Dont panic unless you dont see a pending txn into your wallet on the blockchain.
Thanks for the advice. i am newbie and did't know this. i see now this transaction. will be waiting for the money to come in. it's difficult lately, been waiting more than 48 hours already for Юanother transaction to go through....
Im not exactly sure why it take so long to confirm a BTC transaction. Whenever I transfer BTC from, say, Coinbase, it takes an hour at most. That said, my Btc has been locked up in this ICO and wonder if blockchain is crazy busy given the recent volume of buy/sell activities on the BTC market. Perhaps, someone with more experience can chime in.
