May be from some of the western European nations. The Europeans (especially the left-leaning ones) doesn't appreciate the Americans that much. And that is quite justified in my opinion... The Americans are always arrogant and want to play the world police. This can be irritating to the people living in the other nations. But even then, I would blame the government rather than the people.
