My list of top upcoming ICOs with really great potentials are the following:
1. Crypterium- Cryptobank for Cryptopeople
2. Envion- This is really a perfect choice. This is touted to be the Worlds Most Profitable Standard of Self Expanding Crypto Infrastructure.
3. CCORE- This is a Crypto Payment Platform.
4. GUTS- There is a large audience out there. And even if this is similar to EventChain a lot. I am not at all worried. Competition, for as long as healthy, is good.

What's the point of having a crypto bank when crypto was meant to remove banks in the first place?
Based on i saw in their site, it seems Crypterium aim to replace current bank with their own system but with low fees. Maybe will become next a big thing or maybe not. It will be depends their ICO event.
Again, what is the point of having a crypto bank at all?
There is no need for a bank with cryptos and Bitcoin was created to destroy banks. Not to create new crypto banks or to whore power like Bitmain/Bitcoin Cash is trying to.
I guess when the word bank is mentioned here they refer to a crypto bank. It is not the fiat bank that you might be referring to. Bitcoin as well as other cryptos are indeed created against banks, meaning the Sachs, the Morgans, the CitiBank type of banks. Bank is a broad term. Let us not limit it to the banking system that is being implemented right now, and whose existence Bitcoin is up against. Bitcoin is not against piggy banks, for example. Cryptobank for Cryptopeople is what it says. A little digging about the concept will clarify it all.
