I sent ~3500 worth in BTC to Genesis Mining in 2 payments for the same order and the BTC diasppeared and order cancelled, the ticket is never answered.

I have screenshots, for later if the issue will not be fixed.

I feel like multimillion company could not manage payments? It's so simple.  How would they manage everything else?
