Please keep in mind that there are huge delays on the Bitcoin network so transactions can take much longer to be confirmed then usual. Unfortunate, but not uncommon nowadays. You can check the status of your payment on the network through it's transaction id. Tickets will be answered and if the payment has been confirmed then your order will be approved. This is all done manually, so if you see your transaction is confirmed but your order is not yet approved, then please update your ticket to help speed up the process.

In addition to this, due to this network congestion and resulting excessive transaction fees we've withheld the last payout. Those payments should be resumed today.
