We will build a mechanism to prevent risky actions, notify user and he will be able to aprove that action manually. For example if original investor try to send some eth to unknown ICO smart contract we will not copy that automatically.

On the other hand it is up to user if he want to copy someone or not. He has to follow investor for some period of time and then start copying. Or there will be possibility to copy top100 or top1000 investors and then it is not risky at all but with less profit.
