I do not think there is a single website that provides the service you are referring to. you should visit several websites to get as much information as you need. for me to find information including a favorable analysis if we use that information to do the strategy. you should be more eager to look for some information until in the end there is an appropriate and very powerful service as you say.
I don't think that the companies will accept direct cash to buy bitcoins. You must buy your coins with your credit card or debit card or internet banking. If you want to buy bitcoins for money, then you should find the local buyers in your place, but it is not safe.
Buying the bitcoins and that too from local exchange is not a good thing to do. There are lot of scammers sitting around you and they can make you fool anytime. The thing is you should not buy bitcoin andthat too by giving your cash to someone whom you dont trust. There are number of other ways as well with which you can buy bitcoins. You can use bitter trading exchange as well.
