@ the current rate even newbies couldn't afford enough ASIC to mine sufficiently, what good is a £300 4.5GH/s K16 when it will be no more profitable than an nvidia gpu would be against AMD gpu. x10 k16 boards might get something but not enough to justify the 3k spent on equipment, no newbies will mean no widespread use of Bitcoin, no widespread use means the end of something very promising.
