Should the common balance of coins in the main ICO section be reduced by 500 000 coins?

Since these coins are available in the ICO Permanent Special section.

Since the total amount in the course of ICO is 5 000 000 coins.

Yeah I don't know why they didn't change. Anyway looks like $5 HBC coins will be sold by end of the day, so much for permanent coins lmao

No wonder people can't buy normal ICO.

Yes we decided to do it that way as just many people were mad about our ICO as so many people wanted to get in, like that the people who really believe in us will be able to get in smooth and easy, anybody can still try to get into HBC while the official ICO times but we know it is hard. We hope like that we can make everybody happy!

2 rounds less mean ICO should be over by 20th Nov.
