By blockexplorer it turns out that now the block is approximately 103110
those. We are in Phase 2 by POW?

and the reward for the unit for the masternodes should be 45VSX
But at me on MN rewards on 75VSX come. Where is the mistake?

Budget has not been activated, thus giving a higher rate to MN.
