U r saying it wrongly. Price of 1 BTC is more in India than foreign markets
Today price of 1 BTC is 490000 (coinsecure) and price in foreign market is about $7150 and If u convert it into Rs u will understand the difference
The OP is talking about arbitrage. Occasionally, after a pro-longed rally, the market anticipates a correction, but bitcoin still pushes higher and at these specific times people are scared to BUY the top anticipating a drop in price. The last time it happened was last month during the BTG (bitcoin gold) fork and price of bitcoin in India was trading at roughly (-)$500 premium. I look for these opportunities to convert fiat to USD (INR->BTC BTC->USD) and bring back the cash later when the premium goes up and I anticipate a correction
