i made transacction 5 days ago very low fee... till today there is no conformation but still on blockchain sites.... the website where i spend has declined my deposit, so when it will be confirmed i will lose all coins...

?when you are using same unspent outputs in two different tx ids, we called this double spend attempt
but it is really not problem because only one of two tx will be confirmed and the other dropped
and you need to submit your new signed raw tx to node that hasn't received the original tx... CMIIW
if your tx has opt-in RBF enabled, do something similar to this guy Transaction to wrong wallet 18btc (possible clipboard hack)
if not, then do it like I said earlier, submit your new tx to another node
there are a few nodes you can try push your tx to the network
make sure you add higher tx fee to get it confirmed faster so that the original tx get dropped
