The mempool is just so loaded in the past few days until now so transactions requires a much higher miner fee than usual. The recommended fee which is 760 satoshis/byte (atm) really hurts.

Meanwhile you can try submitting your TXID on transaction accelerators. You should do it in all of them as long as it meets their required standards. We also have some free and paid services in Marketplace --> Services board
