as I noticed only managers and moderators have it and about ordinary users I really don't know how Tebet earned that, but the fact is positive trust have only legendary and hero members.Incorrect.

You can gain trust at any rank by proving yourself trustworthy (not scamming people, sticking to agreements made, etc) during trades with other members. The ratings that make a difference to your overall score come from users in Default Trust, of which there are plenty in the collectibles sub-forum.
