Of course. In WP write 65k hardcap and 10% from hardcap is softcap. It's 6,5k.
I think 65k in such hurricane ICO time so much. May be need to expand period? Or try to offer some whales or any strategic investors to participate? People eat off now and afraid to get their eth's to somebody.
Now we reconsider a bit our strategy. and of course look for investors as well
