Exchanges are free to add ZEIT anytime they wish.  Nothing is stopping them.

Are we planing on paying any new exchanges to list ZEIT , not at the present time.

: Coin Exchange has not fixed their ZEIT wallet yet, No Deposits or Withdrawals
It has been over 45 days, and they are unresponsive to support questions
As such I am going to ask ZEITCOIN to update the OP, and list Coinexchange as an exchange that has stolen the community zeitcoins and place them on the DO NOT TRADE list along with Yobit.
Anyone have any mailing/address information or direct contact info on them please list , so we can give it to anyone that wants to sue them.
And yes, I already informed them this was going to happen if their ZEIT wallet stayed offline.
