The condition was to have minimum 0.1 ETH at the time of the snapshot.

    You must check your 777 INSP tokens by using MyEtherWallet (no need to enter private key, viewing balance is available with public key only) and by clicking "Show tokens".

 If you are using EtherScan to check your tokens transactions, the INSP tokens will not appear.
