Trading futures and CST's doesn't mean transactions are available and being processed.
Bitfinex is trading the Bitcoin Gold they credited their customers with right after the fork. They haven't made deposits and withdrawals available yet.
YoBit was trading them at the 22nd, one day prior to the forking block.
They had transactions for BTC disabled from that point on, so trading BTG could already start.
