Yes it is utility token but dont forget crypto is the market of hype. Some cooperations, ads, marketing = moon. Plus if the platform starts work as planned so the demand for the tokens will increase. But the matter of fact onle few projects in the crypto space have the working platform they promised to delivered on their ICOs.
