I've been doing a lot of reading about Taas- yet still need to get things clarified.

Can someone give me the short and skinny?

1) Do investors receive quarterly payouts? or is that limited to ICO participants

2) If publicly open, whats the payout per token (which I believe our $4.35 at present)?

3) Anything else I should know.
