Basically, you create the "disabled" 2FA wallet using Electrum (I would recommend v2.9.3 as v3 updates the wallet format which will most likely not work with Electron Cash)... and then open the "disabled" 2FA wallet with Electron Cash...

I've done your method carefully but Electron Cash didn't open wallet. Just stay with previous "default_wallet". I tried to restore but pressing "next" button did nothing.
What else can I do to take BCH from Electrum with 2FA?
