Lol, isnt it clear for you, that we are writing this since crypto and ICO have no status in Russia, that is why it can be dangerous to use Russian companies for ICO launch

Also, this is a bit strange to create a new account to make this post, looks like you are just a hater or a spammer Furthermore it is stated in Russian terms&conditions, not in the English version. Guess why it is stated only in Russian version? We want to protect our property and money from the Russian government that sometimes acts absolutely violent in crypto and ICO sphere.
