Interesting concept. Can't say how practical this can be at the moment. Even similar jobs/positions in different companies may end up in various workloads. How do you evaluate/compare employees based on different standards? How does 1 candidate stand out if most people in the same category have similar skills and monthly work completion rates?
Now we are speaking strictly about giving grades for the competencies described by workers in their own profiles on our platform. And those workers are sales employees strictly speaking. And our platform will help them build their reputation from scratch by regulating the evaluations exchanged in a team.
