I have no idea whether someone uses it or not. AFAIK achow's website uses the 2nd post of this thread. I'm also going to partially deprecate the use of the list this way. It will have more convenient way for a select few managers.

Just ignore the shill accounts that got #REKT in recent take downs via ratings. Whenever they attack me I try my best to even push forward stricter measures wherever appropriate.
