I have no idea if casino will ever accept bitcoin as exchange for chips that is used in gambling.
Why would you need to exchange it for chips? Just bet with that when you deposit into casinos. That's quite easier than just converting to casino chips which is just an added step to your gambling.
Unless you are talking about real world casinos that would accept bitcoins in exchange for their chips. I don't think casinos in the real world would ever accept such.
If bitcoin is ever accepted in casinos you can be sure you are going to need to exchange it for chips, the reason casinos use chips is because it dos not fell like real money, people have a lot of problem betting their money if it is in its original form but if you have chips it is easier to bet it.
