I came across this project a little while back but I wasn't entirely overwhelmed, they didn't really impress me with their vision or their execution and frankly I haven't seen anything since to convince me otherwise, they don't have a huge amount of support and that always worries me for an ICO. I think you may be able to pick some up post ICO cheaper.
