Just to make sure I get you. You simply forgot your recovery info in an account where you have no funds and you want to make another one? If so, follow the instructions please.

Mac: Hard Drive > Users > YOUR-USERNAME > Library > Application Support > Exodus

i doint have exodus folder in application support

You don't have your recovery phrase? Did you setup email recovery and get the email when you first backed up?
