I'm following this project for a long time, i hold a lot of coins and i do know one thing, that things started to move in the good direction after Cryptocoderz comeback, even if the things aren't moving as we are expecting there is will to work on the project. I don't know how long will take to fix and test the chain but important is that is fixed. About marketing, hmmm to promote what?
