i installed a new card and this time , i was able to flash it... perhaps a problem with the riser ?

howerver, i can't switch the silent bios on 2 of my cards, does it mean the rom is corrupted on this part  ? is it possible to re-flash a corrupted bios ?
i can't boot on this bios because the pc is freezing on startup...
