You have a point arena space target market is first world country that can afford their entertainment parks.
i think you both have the point. not every country can handle this high technology park. and theres a lot of preparation needed to set this up.
In order for this to happen they need people to invest in their project for the proper budget. Yes, business like this is profitable but if you're going to extend your services, you need someone to support your cause.
Off course they need investors for these projects, and its not always the case that first world countries get the exclusives for these kinds of projects. The introduction of a new technology to other countries can be a cause for a beginning of technological change, a new thing may not always be good and few will only appreciate it at first but it will eventually , people will adapt to the change and embrace the change. Technology is moving so fast and everybody is playing catch up.
