My LoL wallet is not in Sync, any additional settings needed?
Step 1: Run loanorlease-qt.exe Wallet - You can place it the wallet on your desktop or folder you want.
Step 2: Close wallet after it loads up.
Step 3: Place the loanorlease.conf file included in wallet rar into this folder
c:/users/COMPUTER NAME/APPdata/Roaming/LoanOrLease <- This Folder Place loanorlease.conf
