my AUC3 was broken, do you guys know where to order the new one here in US?
Is there an issue with these? I have set up all my equipment Miner goes all green communication with antpool and interface no problem just auc3 stays green and miner never mines( no communication from controller to miner. Everything else seems good?
The AUC3 dongle is rare as hen's teeth on the open market. Seems to be made for Canaan or at least custom-coded for them.
Yes as said several pages back there was/is an issue with some of the dongles not being programmed when made.
As repeated elsewhere: Open a ticket with Canaan.io If you got it the miner through Minerwarze, reference your order# in the ticket. Overall Canaan has been fairly quick to take care of things like this.
