I think that would not be possible because not all people have been participated to bitcoin investments and some even used their coins on a daily basis. Cryptocurrencies do not make people millionaires its their actions and decisions to invest to bitcoins that made them millionaires. By that time more people and most investors would have been able to earn the profit of their investments and my best guess would be atleast 90% of people would be.
