As I have observed, Etherdelta is the most updated exchange when it comes to new ICO, or the new tokens from the ICO. Can you tell me more exchange that are like this?
maybe you can try to visit hitbtc although its not update than etherdelta but I see in that site, many ico getting listed on their site. hitbtc try to give opportunity to trader to trade the coins and I see their listed is getting bigger although its not too big than other exchanges. if you decide to traded in hitbtc, make sure you verified your account so you don't have any problem in future and you can trade with safe and if you have any problem, you can contact their support system to get helped.
