It is probably not a bad idea to give your coins to someone that knows how to trade.
That sound funny... but, it's true in some cases. If there is a risk in losing everything, it's best to seek advice or let a more experienced trader or investor take control, atleast for a while or until you understand crypto better!
Loosing is a common in trading. You loss due to lack of knowledge I think .You have to get through top to bottom of coin which you like to inverse. It may be any of coins, you have to analysis when to inverse and what time you have to inverse. To Avoid the loss you have to get through it.
