This is a good news. Do you have an official source for that? If it's so, it will make the first months of trading much more stable.

The vesting period of 12months applies for the presale for private investors and was in the same announcement as the extension of the ICO. It must be somewhere in the thread around the 9th Nov when their ICO was originally due to be finished.
