As I have observed, Etherdelta is the most updated exchange when it comes to new ICO, or the new tokens from the ICO. Can you tell me more exchange that are like this?
Nothing is going to beat Etherdelta in terms of speed. They do little to no research before adding tokens, and because they are ERC-20, adding new tokens is extremely easy. Unlike other exchanges, they don't have minimum volume thresholds before they add tokens, and I don't think they charge developer teams money to add tokens either.
Also, most ICOs are run on Ethereum as ERC-20 tokens. These are the only kind of assets that Etherdelta offers, so you can expect that they will be quick to add new markets.
Having said that, Bittrex adds lots of ICO tokens. Yobit also adds a lot of crappy, lesser known token projects.
