Do you have plans on making some bounty pools larger or smaller depending on the number of participants?

We have established limits, we once made larger pool for newbies, however, we have limited spots and limited amount of tokens for bounty. Now the advanced campaign for singatures and twitter has still possibilities to join, for newbies - limit is achieved.
