My BTC transactions has been sitting for almost 2days now.
Yes, Bitcoin might be under attack but, I sent some bitcoins to my friend without having any problems (Yes, the fee might be big at this time) I set it to 90 Sats/b and it took like 30 Mins to 1 Hour to get confirmed without any problems.
The situation is already back to normal after the BCH price started to fall now the number of pending transactions is about 60K,it has been significantly lowered in two days.So you can make the transactions as always.But the fee is little bit higher due to the pending transaction is higher than the normal level of pending transaction which is about 30K .
