If you had a look at the whitepaper, it is way more than what a commercial version of identity mangement is doing.

This THEKEY is linked with governemental, and institutional systems to verify the identity using blockchain technology, and this using sa number of Validatord (or we can call these nodes in simple crypto language).

Once an action is triggerd by the user, and validated by the validator and signed by all parties up to the Service provider, then the transaction is valid, and the user has been identified using the PII.
