I want to swap my QTUM tokens to QTUM coins can someone tell me how I can do that now? Unfortunately, I missed the BITTREX swap

I missed the Bittrex swap, too. For me the swap at https://qtum.changelly.com/ worked out very well.

I could even provide a Bittrex deposit address. This way I don't miss any more deadlines without having to install a wallet.

Thank you so much for sharing that link I just completed my end of the swap process (sent changelly). Any idea how long will it take for them to send new tokens?

Changelly requires 24-48 hours to send your tokens. This is because they have to provably burn the ERC20 tokens in order to get reimbursed with Qtum Ignition from our Foundation.
