Its too early now but transfering tokens from the HD platform to MyEtherWallet or another platform would be after the end of the tokensale when ICO ends. Am sure instructions on the procedure would be detailed and published. After which it's listed on exchanges, then you can trade if you so wish. So be patient mate, for now get set for ICO in 5days.
