Well, heroin is to some extent still treated as medicine. It just has a different name today.
Well where i live actually weed and hash are legal so i do not think that people would spend bitcoins on those but maybe if you are talking about hard rugs like heroine and stuff it could be possible.
We don't have any problem when using Bitcoin to buy drugs if it's legally in our country. However, if the government of your country accept Bitcoin, I think the user of drugs don't need to use Bitcoin because why do they need to anonymous their transaction?
