Deposited BTC 2 hours ago. Still not get in my account and then look ICO pass again 
I deposited 3 days ago, still the same result.
I think this problem too much unconfirmed transactions at blockchain.
How many confirmations does your transaction have?
17 confirmation ! How many is complete?
I have contacted support via e-mail several times and no response!!!
