I don't think so, Many investors are investing in ICO that's why they are buying their coins to invest it. If they knew that the coins they are investing have a potential to increase its price, then they are going to buy more of this. It also depends on the supply of the coins, if lack of supply, the price will increase. That's only my opinion.
